7 years ago, I saw Nina in Breath of Fire IV and decided I was going to draw her. I might mention that I knew nothing about character design back then. Several excruciating years followed as I tried and failed time after time to draw a coherent human figure. Now I'm sorta getting it. It feels great to have the freedom to draw Nina at last.
